Claire Rebosura

There are many ways to answer the question “What makes someone fit to be a SED representative?”. For me, being fit to serve as a SED representative means having genuine empathy, integrity, strong communication skills, openness to collaboration, and the ability to turn intentions into meaningful action. I firmly believe Claire Rebosura embodies all these qualities.

As one of her close friends for nearly two years, I have consistently seen her competence, empathy, hard work, and authenticity. She naturally seeks to uplift others, values diverse perspectives, and takes initiative in identifying issues and creating practical solutions—especially during our time working together in the same organization

Furthermore, Claire pairs her compassionate heart and optimistic outlook with concrete action. In a rapidly growing UA&P community filled with opportunities, she is determined to help SED students grow and feel empowered.

She speaks about her vision for SED with sincerity and purpose that focuses on clarity, empowerment, and service. With Claire, every concern will be met with genuine care and thoughtful action.

As a first-year college student taking the Bachelor's of Science in Human Capital Development, I believe that Claire should be the School of Education and Human Development representative.

Claire's compassion and approachability make her a natural fit for the USG. A representative's main role is to connect the student body to the UA&P administration, meaning students must feel comfortable raising concerns. Because she is so warm and easy to converse with, I genuinely believe Claire can provide the SED community with exactly that assurance.

Claire uses her empathy to build tight-knit, welcoming environments, making people feel instantly at home—a vital trait for any USG representative. Meaningful changes in SED can only happen when a leader genuinely cares about student development, and Claire absolutely does.

In my four years at this school, I have never met anyone like Claire. She is someone you can turn to for advice, support, or simply a genuine conversation—always listening with interest and understanding.

Claire is caring, empathetic, and compassionate, with a natural ability to make others feel heard and valued. She is also responsible, dependable, and acts with integrity, showing both strong leadership and true friendship.

I firmly believe Claire is the right choice for the position of SED representative. With her sincerity, dedication, and heart for others, she will create a supportive environment and serve as the voice, friend, and leader that students need.

I am honored to support Claire Rebosura as a candidate for School of Education and Human Development Representative. I have known Claire ever since our previous school, Rosehill, and even if we weren't that close then, she already stood out as someone who was bubbly, smart, and incredibly talented.

Over the years, I have seen her grow into a person who is not only academically capable but also genuinely passionate about helping others. Claire is fit for this position because she is determined to serve and contribute positively to the School of Education community. She approaches responsibilities with dedication, enthusiasm, and a strong sense of purpose.

I truly believe Claire is the best person to represent the School of Education because she embodies what it means to be both a good leader and a good student — responsible, compassionate, and committed to uplifting those around her. I am confident that she will represent our school with integrity, heart, and excellence.

It was a great experience to work with Claire while I was still a student at UA&P. The first time I met her at a PHAROS General Assembly, she was warm and showed a positive personality to meet and befriend the new and old members of PHAROS. She was very active in participating not only in PHAROS projects but also in other UA&P orgs.

Her active participation in different organizations showed me how she wanted to explore more roles that match and strengthen her skills and interests as a student and as an organization member.

Even after I finished school in UA&P, I can still see that Claire holds all these characteristics in her, and I see that her motive to run as SED Representative in the USG will help her become a better and more caring person and student to her classmates and teachers in UA&P.
